With 20 years in the Real Estate Business in Dallas, I have a wide variety of experience to bring to the table.

I am a Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a double major in Economics and International Relations.

In addition to Mortgage Banking I have worked in various segments of the Real Estate industry including:

Property Management, Commercial Leasing, Relocation, Residential Sales and Leasing, on site Sales of New Homes as well as a construction background in my early career.

As a former Realtor for over 10 years I have good instincts on how to best structure a home loan as well as a Real Estate contract to my clients advantage. I specialzing in construction and rehab loan programs as a niche because I like the hands on process of watching a home transform.

I specialize in Purchase plus rehabilitation loans, the FHA 203K Rehab loan, as well as a variety of nich mortgage programs. These are loan products and programs many banks and lenders do not offer.  I can offer FHA loans with credit scores  as low as 580.

I am happily married with a beautiful wife and two great kidds.  I live and work in Richardson Texas and love the community.

In my free time I enjoy travel when I can, spending time with my family, bar b ques on the weekends, and helping those less fortunate.
